Eat a lot of animal fats and dairy. Sleepmaxx too, make sure to not use any screens for like an hour before sleeping as it increase melatonin production and all kinds of other shit. Start running or cycle a lot, I've also heard that jumping a lot supposedly helps to grow. My father had a massive frame, but I think I increased my shoulder width a lot by swimming from as young as aged five. It's rare you'll see a swimmer a small frame.

Right now your biggest problem is possibly being a mentalcel. Just believe in that you are good looking as you have read everything ITT so far and focus on your strengths. I had girls constantly compliment me and randomly message me your age, but I was too retarded to do anything. If you get any chances, take it, it will help your mental wellbeing and you won't think you're an ugly retard or some shit after reading PSL stuff for too long.

Height isn't a huge issue in HS IMHO and you have time to grow.

You got very good skin, high harmony, pretty boy appeal with chance for transitioning into more masculine looks as you age, somewhat Caucasian features and exotic appeal because of your skin tone.
