Will my face naturally come forward?

Im 15 about 2 years ago I did a scan for orthodontist did anotherone today the bones look the EXACT same maybe a tad bit bigger but still same recessed maxilla with lower jaw a little forward because of overbite fixing should I be worried, i started growing maybe a year ago from 5’3 to 5’8 rn.

do you have a narrow palate? people that are not suitable for it and get it for aestethic reasons may fuck up their face since they didnt need it

I don’t have a narrow palate but my maxilla is recessed is the only way dj surgery?

best non surgical method is palate expander + reverse pull headmask, wont do alot tho
