Will my mandible follow the maxilla after lefort 1, or is bimax needed instead?

I'm pretty sure bimax is lefort 1 with BSSO. It depends on your teeth situation. If you have badly projected mandible as well as maxilla, then bimax. I'd you have only badly projected jaw (underbite/overbite) i think you only need bsso.
