Will my nose fall off?

So I got a medicament used to remove age spots, and this cream also has tretinoin a medical compound that I can use to slim my nose.
The cream has a 4% of hydroquinone(the shit that clears skin) and more compounds. Should I use it or I will end up with a diference on my skin tone or something more serious?

I know but as Im only using it on my nose it could look weird
