Will my philtrum ever recover?

In 2018 I did the dumbest thing ever and put a clothespin on my philtrum and my lips to stretch my naso folds ( did it together with some cotton pads in between that it don‘t hurt so much)

It was very weird and swollen looking for like 3 years
(I think that was the reason but it could be filler migration as well)

Now the philtrum recovered but I thinks it‘s still not like before

Is there something I can do?

i think it was just that my palate/jaw got wider from my widsom teeth
But I just stretch it with my hands couple of minutes a day as well

Mine were from mimic. I cried the shit out of me hours for hours, weeks for weeks with extreme facial expressions
I had even soure muscles 24/7 in my nasolabial area
