Will nasolabial filler bloat me?

Are you sure it's not due to cheek fat? Or are they the ones from age or cheekbone deficiency?

are they caused by fat? I have it on my right side and its because my right side is more bloated than my left for some reason so I'm gonna try lowering bf and it will probably reduce more on my right, taking away the slight fold

all fillers will migrate after a while if you don't get them dissolved before they do
