sleeping is extremely important. It is propoganda that little sleep is fine for some people. Honestly a good nights sleep with lots of water is helping me think more and more better (if that makes sense). and by water I mean LOADS during the day.i am relatively young and i dont get too much sleep due to a many of facts i attempt to fix it but i still wake up late is they any ways i get my sleep schedule better

Do not use any electronic devices 1 hour before sleeping and avoid caffeine 6 hours before going sleep. You should also meditate. If you want to change your sleep, do it gradually. Fix a time to sleep and wake for a few days. Then maybe increase it by 30 minutes everyday until you get a healthy sleep cycle.i am relatively young and i dont get too much sleep due to a many of facts i attempt to fix it but i still wake up late is they any ways i get my sleep schedule better
