will no sleep effect that bad?

i am relatively young and i dont get too much sleep due to a many of facts i attempt to fix it but i still wake up late is they any ways i get my sleep schedule better

i have been sleeping on an avg 4-5 hours the past 3-4 years im 17 btw turning 18 in a bit and havent seen it affect it tbh maybe wouldve been taller but doubt it

sleeping is extremely important. It is propoganda that little sleep is fine for some people. Honestly a good nights sleep with lots of water is helping me think more and more better (if that makes sense). and by water I mean LOADS during the day.

how much sleep would you recommend

Do not use any electronic devices 1 hour before sleeping and avoid caffeine 6 hours before going sleep. You should also meditate. If you want to change your sleep, do it gradually. Fix a time to sleep and wake for a few days. Then maybe increase it by 30 minutes everyday until you get a healthy sleep cycle.
