I am trying skinmaxxing man. I wash my face everyday, use serum, exfoliate, and I sleep 10 hours a day; I just thought it be cooming since its the only other issue I suspected which may be related to my skin issues. Ill try nofap though, maybe once a week since I can't go without coming for 5 years.
