Obesity/excess weight is the biggest physical turnoff or detriment in women reported by men and science research on attraction. Myself finds obese women very ugly (my machinery wouldn't work even for a one night stand... They're gross). In 2030 we will see 60% -- or close to it -- obesity rates throughout the United States, with an additional 28% of women being overweight. That's 88% of women being either obese or overfat.
If 88% of women are in the obese & overweight category, and only 12% of women are healthy in weight category, this means only an extreme small amount of desirable women are dateable. That 12% will not be the "hot ones" per se... just the ones with a normal BMI. They'll be only dating the elite tier men (top 5% earners, actors, athletes, politicians, musicians, Chad's). A plain looking skinny young woman of college age could set up a YouTube account and retire for life comfortably off the monthly YouTube income. She could buy herself a nice house and have a Chad butler... And she's just a skinny 5/10.
I don't see this talked about much here. Normal/average looking healthy weight men are already struggling on dating apps to get an average-looking healthy weight female date. If it's bad enough now It's gonna be truly over by 2030. Over!

Close to half of U.S. population projected to have obesity by 2030
About half of the adult U.S. population will have obesity and about a quarter will have severe obesity by 2030.
