OBO has really been a more known surgery and there are breakthroughs and new method just in these 2 years. Any chance It will become a general accessible surgery like rhino in 10 years.

True, I cant convince my RICH friend to get HT or at least to hop on fin/minox (he's almost nw3 at 21 jfl). Even that is too much for many people, let alone breaking brones.
