Will one's face really change that much from going from 16% bodyfat to around 12% bodyfat???

Title tbh maintaining 12 percent bf year round is hard as fuck srs you always feel hungry and look small is clothes if you dont have enough muscle mass...

So lets say someone is high tier normie at 16 % bf will be really ascend to chadlite/chad level if he goes down to 10-12% bf??

Thanks bro but doesnt it depend on the person's fat distribution also tbh some people have a fat af face at 16% while some have very lean face even at 20% bf tbh..

Imo you should cut down to 10-12% atleast once to see if you have good bones or not ..
Also would you consider 16-17% bodyfat fat or relatively lean

Really depends on the person, for some yes for others no. I’ve dropped from about 18 to 13/14 and seen some decent improvement
