My maxilla is downward grown by about 4ish mm. Considering that I am under 25, these are mm I could easily get back in a few months if I were to pull upwards with face mask in after splitting my sutures with MSE. My IMW is in the low 40s and I don’t really want expansion, I just want upswing. I don’t want to get caught up in some gay ortho scam treatment program with MSE, I just want the device installed so I can face pull. Are there any surgeons willing to install the device outside of a traditional orthodontic treatment program and if so, how much would the installation cost?
