Exactly what i was thinking, maybe get 1 inch shoe lifts, wear them for some time then move to 2 inch then 3 and say u got taller

Just add 1mm every day, and people won't be able to figure out what's going on. Another trick would be to use a wheelchair around them(say you were in an accident and your legs were broken or something), then after a while they will forget what height you were and you can start walking again. If someone actually notices you look taller, just say the doctor rearranged your bones and now your legs are longer.
