I may end up getting Botox in my masseters, as I have TMJ which is causing insane masseter hypertrophy. My orthodontist/Maxillofacial Specialist is making me a guard that I can wear to stop clenching, but if it doesn’t help much, I’ll just do the Botox on myself.
He did offer a steroid injection if the problem keeps recurring.
