Losing weight and going to the gym will do it's thing. You gotta drop like 10% bf to even see your bones properly. Also, puberty won't fix your eyes, haircut or skin bro. While your body pic might show that you have a 1.6 WSR, I actually went through the effort of correcting for the distortion caused by you taking your pic from a low angle (I assume the phone was placed around the height of your balls) and I got a corrected WSR of 1.44 which is too slender. What I'm trying to say here is that you should try to improve your frame by working your shoulders, because your angled clavs cuck your frame
