will pulling my face 10+ hours with this ruin my teeth?

I am yet to make the face puller appliance. Wondering if I should continue using this until I have it.
I can't live a single day without coping. Hoping this can work too

If it applies pressure on the palate and not just on the teeth it shouldn't have any adverse affects. Ideally you would want it to be just on the palate but I think your device is fine.
I need to get one made like it actually but I'm broke.

I know, I already made my own but the large adult trays I got weren't wide enough to accommodate my wisdom teeth. They must have been made for subhuman palates, so they didnt fully capture the teeth.
