also im gonna be taking isotret at the same time so will my liver be okay or will it explode

To my research, rads surpression is pretty strong even at lower doses (through lowering lh and fsh, even when its called a selective androgen receptor modulator, it still has significant effects on your hormones) I'd do a pct just in case tbh. How much did you take?

Take RAD 140 with MK677, you will need to PCT after. Take MK677 at night 30 minutes before sleep but because your 17 your coping so don’t bother until you hit 18-20 and don’t even bother if u can’t hit 100kg on bench because your just wasting time.

It’s not needed you will recover just fine, But it is recommended if you want to retain your gains and feel better coming off

did rad140 while on isotret too my liver was fine, I just took enclo for pct

I went from a stuck 75kg bench to 80kg for 3 reps, I eat the same and gained weight while I lost fat, although while natty and lean I'm most of the time flat besides the gym, while on LGD and YK I was always semi pumped and grainy. I played around with everything like I did 5mg noticed nothing did 10mg noticed everything, and then went to 15mg (for LGD) and for yk only 6-9mg, ofc on days off I lowerd the dosage or used only lgd and mostly utilized YK11 on training days, the strength gains came very fast as expect the whole thing lasted for about 6weeks maybe 8 not sure.
The first sarm I did was LGD and I was looking pumped feeling good everythings was great a lil watery though, my balls were fine
then when I did LGD and YK as soon as I used yk my balls lost some size and was noticeble and though, I'm commited now let's fcking continue and so I did, and still recovered lol.
For "PCT" I iced my balls 1-2x a week, I took D3 and DHEA(50mgdaily) and OMEGAS +edged myself to pseudo-stimulate my system (that last part was not researched but said fck it why not lol)
few months after that "cycle" I run rad only because I ordered 250mg to try out, and used 10mg every day(or sometimes 40mg per week so I can extend the cycle LMAO)
then few months after rad only I tried test E 250mg 250 per week and I was looking better on rad than on test, on test I used nolva and clomid bare minimum like 3 days nolva and clomid then the other 2 weeks nolva only and maybe some clomid once a week
still recovered

thank you, btw funny thing, I went to a mcdonalds to get a job the manager said she doesn't like tattoos and never called me because they found someone else to "fill-in" so I went and got the tat I wanted for a long time, I realised how painless needles were and then decided to hope on I back filled insulin needles and it was very easy and fun, but only did test for 4 weeks to see how I metabolise and react to test so I can properly design a cycle later on, also tried anadrol and dbol as pre while on test

yes but just take test its not that deep to pin + you wont really need pct just lower the dose weekely and then stop and it'll go back to normal especially if you are like 16-27

I assume he joints are tight. Did u do heavy power lifting or take it lighter.

I must say on YK1 I did got a mild enjury on my pec, like I though if got partially detached, I could do a knee push up, so I took a week off and rehab at home and was A ok, I had tendon problems from a young age and did BFR and arm wrestling training and fixed my tennis elbow and golfer's elbow(also tricep tendon problem) I did the smolov jr program but before that I did a month of a different lighter program so I can go through with smolov, I didn't notice any hairloss becides when I hopped on test and had that androgenic shedding which goas away after you stop and it was like a couple more strains of hair than usual nothing major, on drol and dbol I just did 30mg of dbol and 50mg of drol preworkout 3 times out of 5 times I went to the gym, I did some lighter days and some havier days because if I did only heavy days I'd be recovering from the workout for like 3days

It’s better for tendons and joints to go light yes it feels like u can do 100s of lbs. But in antidotal evidence people say they get hella injury’s training for power saying hypertrophy is better.

Yeah, I knew about that before starting the YK from Ryan Russo, and I must say it's true, although it takes a bit of time, if I didn't ate the same food and tried to up the kcal faster and stretched before the set rather than just doing 2 sets of 10reps for a warm up I probably wouldn't have been enjured

I wish dude I could have blasted HGH and shit when it would have worked. My parents put heavy restrictions on my shut since I was little bc I always did what they said not to.

I wish I had found a source for HGH when I was younger and but even then I'd only do like 2 months of 4iu or mk money are hard to come by thankfully I had a side hustle and could spend 250eur on sarms and other stuff to test the waters though

I never needed Sarms or roids to get muscles but I wish I did. Would have prompted me to learning all this.

You could be low risk gambling with your liver, liver health under stress is very genetic dependent.

You should take test instead of rad, test litteraly has more benefits for less risk, you also keep a lot more gains after a test cycle compared to a rad cycle and the recovery is much easier. Do test

At your age you should probably do something for pct, rad isn’t gonna likely fuck you up, just do enclo for pct.
