Will removal of a molar affect my face?

Because of an infection that can't be controlled I'll have to remove a pretty big molar on my upper left side. I'm 23, will this have any effect on my face?

if it's not the backmost molar it's worse than if it was

you'll want an implant either way if it can't be saved (ask at least 3 dentists if they can save it)

Ill probaly get an implant in like half a year after removal. i've had a 2nd opinion at a very experienced endodontist. They can try to save it but because i've already had an apicoectomy the chance of success is even less than before. The tooth has also been a source for my chronic sinusitis for years so my gut feeling says to get it the fuck out.

It's the 2nd most back molar. I inquired about how it will effect my jaw and teeth, endodontist said my other molar will probaly skew a bit to that side but nothing too drastic.
