Will removing wisdom teeth cook me

My ortho told me he recommends I remove my wisdom teeth but will it make me look more boneless. My jaw is already my weak point I have very little chin projection and swollen submandibular gland would removing my wisdom teeth mess up my bonemass and jaw visibility or nah.

They could fuck up ur other teeth by pushing against them and making it crooked

Pretty sure age is a big factor since getting your wisdoms removed when you're in adulthood vs adolescent changes the outcome of wether or not you will lose bone.

Im 17 I am planning on getting them removed obviously cause I don’t want them to mess up my other teeth so I will gst them removed but idk if I should wait a couple years or just get it done now
