Will removing wisdom teeth lead to further recessed jaw.

My wisdom teeth ate growing inwards meaning horizontally I’m scheduling to remove them next week. I’m scared that once I remove them I will lose bone mass and lead to further recessed jawline. Someone give me thoughts.

Ive heard that its better to get them removed because wisdom teeth are different compared to molars
