i been thinking of taking reta to lean out real quick to 8 percent bf cuz rn im at 13-16 but afraid ill interfere with my growth idk if calories are that super important for height maxxing im 17 with open growth plates my dad also told me he kept growing up to his 22s which is insnane and rn im 5’11.5 and my dad is like 5’8and my mom is 5’8

Solution
Bishoplol
No, it's a triple agonist which means it interacts with certain receptors that are responsible for burning fat and most importantly appetite control. Reta only really affects these receptors and nothing else. The only side effects you may get are nausea, vomiting and headaches.

Calories are important to an extent. You can lean out on reta with no problems but don't starve yourself in an insane deficit for a long time. Get to your desired bodyfat percentage and start eating at maintenance or lean bulk.

No what the fuck? what matters is the nutrients not calories

yeah but i forgot that calorie intake affects the thyroid hormones responsible for the conversion of igf1 it wouldn’t stunt growth it would just slow it down im guessing

Every minute natty is a minute wasted is my view after my second cycle lmao. Honestly its worth the risk if you research the potential side effects and the ancillaries that manage them.

its not just the estrogen in charge of growth plates.
If you somehow meet a 60 year old dude which had 0 estradiol for his whole life, his growth plates will still be closed XD!

Genetics play a part, BMI,endocrines etc. Estrogen does play a big part in growth plates but not 100%
don’t we wanna avoid that tho cuz of estrogen it closes growth plate
