GLP-1: Slows digestion and nukes your appetite
GIP Receptor: Promotes insulin release
Glucagon Receptor: Increases energy expenditure

This will not effect your height, if anything, a caloric deficit while in puberty will inhibit height growth.

No it will even help because you are fat so you have more estrogen which means that your growth plates will close sooner but your growth velocity will be slower on reta atleast your plates wont close and then you will go back

Yes. You can prevent it by eating at your maintenance calories (eating clean to ensure you get micronutrients) and exercising, doing this will ensure that you have fuel to grow while still losing weight.
