Will rhynoplasty give me more forward growth?

Im getting rhyno when i turn 18 (also octoplasty) and im wondering if it will help my forward growth. Im mostly getting it to get rid of the bump in my mid nose, since I’ve removed it with photo shop before and it ascends me a ton. Also i know i have thin ahh lips im currently working on lipmaxxing. Any other tips would be appreciated.
