Will roids descend you (facially)?

I’ve seen too many threads and instances where roids have done nothing but age people rapidly, bloat their faces, and make them go bald. I get that having a massive protocol that prevents these things can help but I don’t know whether I’m ready to take that risk.

are roids high risk high reward? Will they descend you facially potentially even with protocols to mitigate the downsides?

Only asking since I’m considering taking it when I’m 18.
