I’m 5’8, bone age estimated 19 (from wrist xray), I was wondering if I should get on test + hcg or if there’s a chance to grow facial bones / remodeling. Surprisingly, with my high bone age, I’ve grown 0.5 inch since starting gh.

Your bone mass isnt bad, your skull development just had bad growth vectors, leading to your face being more down grown, more bone mass wouldnt help, of course more height is better, but dont count of bone mass in skull ascending you.
