Been training for 8 months and now im at plateau. I had same weight for 2 months already and my physique had only little changes. Would doing the same shit but using stuff like 500mg test on top save me?

What do you mean exactly? I do the right amount of sets per week and i lift heavy enough to still have a decent form and not egolift

Start with sarms or something, but to be fair i only started using PEDs after 4 years of lifting so i say give it some time
 
What would cause that?
not achieving failure or training close enough to it. A lot of people just don't train with enough intensity to achieve hypertrophy and as they begin to approach failure their form suffers and/or they begin to compensate with other muscles. This is especially relevant after they have exhausted their newbie gains as progress begins to slow.
This is my best guess but it could be anything like diet, sleep, hormone levels etc

How do I ensure I’m training properly? I do full body two days per week. How many exercises should I do in one day with this plan?
