I mean everything I’ve read is that cold exposure turns white fat into brown fat so it can be burned off whenever you’re in a defecit

No, it won‘t do anything in long term. It will work for maybe 1-2 hours after applying the ice, then it gets back to normal.

You must not know how coolsculpting works. I’ve been rubbing ice on my abs and love handles for like 2-3 years everyday out my shower and I have one of the smallest waist now

Could be due to dieting down though but I attribute it to the ice
