I (17yearold) currently go 6 times a week to the gym (push/pull/legs)+neck and forearm training +1.5hours of brisk walking with my dog everyday. On recovery day I run an average of 10km. Lately I discovered that I have a talent for running(I can run 2 hours easy) and want to run more often than once a week. But I am worried that this will destroy my muscle recovery for the other muscle and especially my leg workouts as I am already training them 3 times a week. Will running destroy my muscle building?

I know that this might not be the best forum to ask this but I am IP-banned from Reddit and this was the only site to ask as I assume that every looksmaxxer naturally lifts.

no

speaking of IP reddit bans. I got IP banned and to appeal the ban I just sent the message "i'm autistic." That's it. And they reinstated my account. Fucking faggots.

Depends on your metabolism,if you are skinny naturaly and have fast metabolism, the worst thing you can do is to add running.I on the other hand easily get fat and muscle mass,so it doesnt affect me.I was doing marathons professionaly while bodybuilding and it didnt affect me.
It was my cutting phase but I was jacked, more jacked than most normal people. On the other hand if I was bulking I would have to eat way more to be sure to be in caloric surplus.
Running is good for stamina which can be huge benefit in combat sports,it also is great for weight loss. You can be jacked with running, but if you want people to shit of fear when they see you,you should stop running long distances to get as big as possible.

I am pretty bulky naturally. Right now 15% bodyfat down from 21% aiming to cut down to 10%. I am on a pretty aggressive cut around 1000 calories a day. That is why I am fearing muscle loss or not having enough recovery if I run additionaly

If you are 1000 calories under just with diet adding running will be crazy,it would be starving.I mean, look, average calories intake for man is 2000,without calculating working out or having active lifestyle. So you are more than 50% in calorie deficit and you want to add running.
It is ok when you are very obese to be in such restrictive calorie deficit but the less fat you have, you will be more suceptable to losing muscles. The closer you are to that 10% the smaller and smaller your calorie deficit should be,otherwise you will lose muscles with fat. Now,you shouldnt have c deficit more than 500 calories, and when you are around 12% I would decrease it to 300-200.
Or you could lose all weight first fast and then start to work out.
Running by running isnt important by itself, but the longer you run the more calories you burn and you just have to calculate your diet and your activities into formula. If you want to run just eat more, but calculate everything.
