Will sarms effect accuntane?

If I have accuntane prescribed by doctor (and payed for with insurance) will sarms, specifically rad-140 cause changes in the labs required to stay on accuntane? I know both cause liver damage so I’m not trying to get taken off accuntane because of the side effects of rad-140.

I also assume accuntane will reduce breakouts associated.
