Will shorts take over long form content in the future?

TikTok introduced their creativity program from which people can make 1k from even one video. I’ve always wanted to grow a shorts/tiktok page but always wondered if it was worth the effort for the money you get paid. Do you guys think that 5-10 years down the line, the ad revenue from purely shorts would exceed that of long form content?

A lot of the reason it became like this is due to short attention spans

It is only going to get worse from here, so expect short form to take over long form within the next couple years

That’s crazy to think about since practically all sorts of entertainment have been long form for so many years.
