If you really not afraid of stunting growth than smoke. Tbh I think if everything else is fine such as sleep/nutrition/no stress then smoking won't have an effect on your final height

I think both are bad for height if you do it very early but I doubt doing it over 15 will change anything

That's true. When I was 14 I was about 188 cm morning height and now I'm 192 cm morning height. I am also about to turn 17 in October which means I have only grown 4 cm in the past 3 years.
I personally witnessed the growth of about 100 kids, from childhood to adulthood - a third were guys from junior and middle school, a third from high-school, a third neighbors, relatives and friends.
