Hey guys, I’ve been smoking pretty much the whole time since I left the forum, but I finally quit my cigarette habit! Smoking really ruins your teeth and breaks down your collagen, so it was time.


Also, my vape ran out and since you can’t really buy them in the Netherlands anymore, I’m done with that too .


If anyone else wants to join in, feel free! Let’s keep each other accountable. I’ll still smoke occasionally at parties or on holidays, but regular smoking is over for me.


Just trying to be as transparent as possible : )

Update: still stopped with daily cigs!!! only vaping the 50%pg/50%vg with 20 mg nic salt mixer, no flavour!!

I just chew gum so i also train jaw and can choose any flavour easy without hussle (you can still buy the mixxers in some smokeshops ; P )

Fucking love nicotine, not planning to stop that for now; keeps me locked in
