I've never swam in a pool, what's the point, I live near the sea, it's free to swim here and no chlorine...

Just wet yourself with shower water about 5 mins before going in.
Wear a swim cap to protect hair.

the main issue with swimming is how it conditions you to mouth breathe. or anyway the nigger coaches do you can be chilling and just swim off nose but if you're going for speed that might not work
