No wonder "they don't have details on what they will give him", because he needs to lose at least 40 kilos, shave that disgusting beard, change the glasses for contact lenses and start a proper skincare routine to be able to know how he looks like.
Anything that he could have done (bimax, genio, implants, etc) will be almost invisible under all that fat and hair.
