1: most of the changes happen through actual t and hgh

2: your 20 and almost done growing

YOUR bones are GONNA LOOK EXACTLY the same

Nothing will increase your bone mass except for osteoanabolic drugs but they’re expensive asf

I was balding at that age too, id take topical aa’s, ru etc cuz u prolly still need ur dht, worst case scenario u can hop on at 18 like I did and be fine (from my experience)
