Will taking Hydrocortisone at 15 hurt my testosterone?

I want to take hydrocortisone to reduce inflammation and swelling in my nose, my plan is to apply it every morning for the next two weeks then following this two week period where I apply it every morning I will only apply it before events in which I want my nose to appear smaller or less inflamed.

Will taking hydrocortisone hurt my testosterone though, please let me know?
