I know the palates will be set back for it to later be brought back, but will it affect the midface, cheekbones, ramus etc

I don't care about lower jaw shrinking tbh. Wil lit affect the zygos?? I haven't seen many mention it but I am kinda concerned icl. Also I have seen people debunking teeth extractions causing jaw shrinkage after puberty as many celebs had braces and extractions like Barret
