Will test improve ccw rotation or only bone density?

Have always considered test for the many benefits facially as well as im quite a gymcell which obviously helps. But would the use of roids help me remodel/ccw rotate my bones at 18?

it will help with bone density but not remodel your face but still hop on test it does wonders
