Testo can add more water causing a moon face. If you want dry facial changes, you’ll need DHT derivatives like Mast. Even then, the changes might not be positive.

It is bloated on it because of higher estrogen which means more water retention. If you come off it’ll go away and if you run low dosages it’ll likely not be noticeable. Look at all the top pro bodybuilders. They have great jawlines and facial structure, even when they aren’t on stage at 5% bf with all the test out of their system.
