I have some muscle mass in the traps, neck and shoulders without going to the gym because of good androgen sensetivity. I know that people say a big calorie deficit will cause you to lose muscle mass but arent they referring to muscles gained from working out? Does it work the same for these muscles that depend more on androgen levels? My maintenance is 3500 and i plan to eat 1500 a day and lift weights
