But i dont have a great diet, so in theory it should help my minoxidil be more effective and support hair/skin.

not too knowledable on these specific supplements in terms of what i use:
creatine, pre workout, vitamin d3 + k2 and a dhp dha whatever the fuck fish oil it does help in my experience and with the gym

Yeah i really need to get some fish oils. Creatine aswell probably.
