Will this fix me? Testosterone, Rhinoplasty, Laser acne.

This year I am going to do aviclear laser acne procedure, get a rhinoplasty, and do a cycle of testosterone.
1. The aviclear laser should taper off my acne over a course of a year. By the end it should be 100% gone.
2. For the rhinoplasty, I'm just going to get the 'hump' removed and have a slight slope in my nose.
3. I'm going to do a cycle of 500mg testosterone for 20 weeks just to build my physique up.

Will these things save me?
What will my rating be after I do this?
Do you have any tips to go about these things?
Is there anything else I need to do besides these?

OK, wait a year if you want to be sure.

Fat dissolver's a pretty big procedure.

Get to 10-12% body fat debloated by next year or within the next few months (wtv timeframe works for you), if your face is still fat or bloated look into fat dissolvers, or it might be a bones issue like the guy above said regarding your skull

rhino would be the last surgical procedure i would do, if you are planning on doing other stuff in the future, doing the nose first and then doing other things may ruin harmony, i would focus on the lower third first tbh, genio, jaw angle implants and etc.

It's hard for most to determine what surgeries you'd 'need'.

The best software to figure something like that out would be FaceIQ Labs imo.

Haven't used it but ik the creator is pretty knowledgable on facial aesthetics.

I'd say Otoplasty for your flared ears (you can fraud better ears with Otosticks).

Rhinoplasty for your nose (which you alr know).

Fat grafting to your thin lips

Get lean after your test cycle, if you still have face fat, look into fat dissolvers (DIY or clinically done, I'm not your dad, your choice).

I'm not that high IQ however, these are some basics.

if surgeons sculpt your nose perfectly based on your other features right now, it is going to better now, but if you decide to get implants/bimax/genio or other similar stuff, the nose that was designed to your previous structure will now have a chance of looking worse or too small since your other features got better
