you gotta somehow find a place to go bro. Male spaces tend to be better cuz those guys are less likely to bully you abt your appearance, esp if theres no foids around. Idk what your interests are specifically but try and pursue them more and get involved in their respective communities

Idk much in detail since I don't post there often but just lurk, but pretty much from what I have seen they're quite overly hostile towards people that speak in incel talking points and plus they fake a lot of their posts which should be an obvious red flag. Not saying this as a way to promote incel culture but I would just recommend staying away from taking advice from reddit
