Zygo shaving to get a concave maxilla

Look here at this Asians bottom of his face.

even from here we can see his zygos stick out forward too much making his maxilla flat.

now look at this white man, his zygos/maxilla cheekbones area is parallel with his mandible so it is concave.

Logically, we must shave our zygos to make our cheekbones concave instead of flat.

Zygo shaving won’t reduce the width enough to make the face concave. It really shaves like 1-2mm of bone. High cut lefort 1 and nose bridge implant would work better to create the concave shape.

Zygo shaving won’t reduce the width enough to make the face concave. It really shaves like 1-2mm of bone. High cut lefort 1 and nose bridge implant would work better to create the concave shape.

But an adjust of a few mm will have a big effect on how concave it is?

you’d have massive holes on your zygo and will need bone grafting. Worst case, your zygo can break in half or some shit. Also significant zygo shave leads to saggy skin. This is esp worse for asians who have high cheek fat content. Bruh just get high cut lefort 1
