Will tooth removals from when I was young affect my face shape now?

I’ve seen a lot of videos saying that tooth extraction changes face structure and shape will that apply if I was young and it was my baby teeth?

Probably not since they wouldve fallen out anyway and grew back, depends on how they did it tho i think
