Will topical corticosteroid effects spread to whole face if I only apply to nose?

Very specific question.

I'm trying to get thinner nose skin with the use of a topical corticosteroid (Clobetasol).

My fear is, its action will spread to the whole facial skin, and will thin all the skin there.

Will it do that, if I only apply a tiny amount along my nose once daily?

Can't find an answer anywhere.

it works, four weeks clobetasol daily on nose skin,

fast forward to right now, nose is better abd more defined, but rest of facial skin has been thinned out too.
