Will topical finasteride affect my facial growth? 16 yo

I've been on 1mg of fin during 6 months, but I've made a lot of research and I've found that it will not only affect my facial growth, but also my overall growth (frame, penis size, etc), so I thought that topical fin won't block all the DHT in my body, and will only block it in my scalp.

Is that true?
Will topical fin affect my whole body DHT or only my scalp's DHT?

Finasteride only blocks type 2 dht. Type 1 in in bones. Type 2 is in your penis.

Taking fin at 16 is insane, who tf prescribed you it? I started it at 21 and even felt like that was a bit too young.
