isotretinoin is the best

I would still use tret but taz is much better

but tret will nuke ur skin barrier: you might even regret using it but regardless of that your skin should look flawless

could you help me out with a routine i saw thread on starting 0,025 tret 2 a week and then going up also using cleanser and moisturizer

iso and tret serve two completely diff purposes bro...
taz is good tho, but still best to try both see which your skin likes

best to js use azelaic + tret
