Will tret + microneedling give me decent skin ?

I don't have acne, just some mild scars and imperfection and i just want smoother and clearer skin

I also want the tret glow benefit

Do you think this combination (tret + microneedling + possibly hydroquinone) is good for getting a noticeably better skin ?

it is. Its like taking accutane but without the side effects. Are u using 0.25 microneedling? Thats the only thing u need for tret.

I'm currently using 0.5mm without anything

My skin is so thick and greasy that even 0.5mm doesnt give me that much redness
